The Commercial collections module manages all aspects of of the commercial waste collections including collection schedules, access details, any specific instructions and a full record of the history relating to each customer.

The collections are managed through the Activity module and the details on daily tasks and collections are sent to the industrial PDA’s, when an operator logs on to the PDA they will be presented with the tasks for the day.

Barcodes or RFID CHIP’s are affixed to existing containers or fitted to new containers on delivery to the customer's doorstep.
Operatives are issued with easy to use robust hand held PDA scanners or readers are built into the truck lifting gear.

The daily schedule is detailed on the PDA for the operator. Once a container is collected the customer can be requested to sign on the PDA as proof of collection.
