Operating through a core server application that facilitates remote user and application management, the solutions can either be configured to interface to existing legacy back office systems, or provided with a simple web interface to enable job despatch and status management. The process of despatched tasks can be recorded throughout the job. Typically status reports are generated when the job is allocated, sent, acknowledged by the user, started, arrived on site, suspended with reasons, and completed with signatures. If necessary, any issues can be recorded.

Our BlueScout is a sophisticated vehicle module enabling CANbus analysis, vehicle tracking and communication.

The system can be configured to enable reporting of location based on time, distance, direction or activity.

The module monitors FMS standard CANbus signals for vehicle speed, engine speed and fuel. In addition to providing accurate distance and fuel usage on a journey leg basis BluePort constantly monitors engine and vehicle speed against defined parameters, exceptions to these bands are recorded. This data is transmitted via GPRS to Fleetwood's web based reporting and mapping solution, BlueSphere, where users are able to access data, view location data and manage vehicle profiles.
