An Installations & Support Lead is required to work alongside our busy development and project departments delivering and organising the support effort of our unique waste & recycling management system for the waste sector.
Role
Summary :
Oversee and be part of the support and care effort supplied by the company to its clients. Manage the logistics of and carry out software installations to include ensuring stock availability for all aspects of the project, heightening customer communication during the installation procedure and maintaining good customer relationships after installation.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
University degree of 2:1 or higher; Ideally three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software.
It would be advantageous, although not essential for you to possess any of these skills:
Location : Our Berkshire Office in Crowthorne.
Remuneration : Geared to the individual, however, will be in the range of £18-24k per annum plus a benefits package.
