From the data captured automated letters can be produced and sent out to the identified address informing them of the problems encountered and offering advice on what action to take to prevent further contamination in the future.

Contamination data can be collected in conjunction with other information, such as participation and capture rates, side waste issues, over loading issues and damage bins/box data. This provides a detailed picture of the recyclable, compostable and waste streams performance.
