• Barcode/RFID address labels are affixed to existing containers or fitted to new containers on delivery to the customer's doorstep.

• Operatives are issued with easy to use robust hand held scanners.
  

• Once an issue is identified the barcode is scanned and the operator simply chooses from a range of options to record the conditional issues identified.
  

• Information labels are also applied to the bin after scanning highlighting to the householder the reason for non-collections.
  

• Collection data is automatically up-loaded and transferred to the main database at the end of the day or can be up-loaded live when used with the vehicle tracking solution.
  

• Reports can then be created and automated letters produced for despatch to households, with specific educational messages promoting the importance of recycling and information on legislative requirements.
