WRMS can identify the bin and dynamically weigh the wheelie bin during the normal lifting cycle. Data is stored via several options whilst updating the system database with new customer waste transactions.

How it works...

• On presentation of the container to the antenna and RFID reader, the reader transmits the unique tag number from the fitted chip to a communication hub fitted to the vehicle
  
• The Load cell weighs the bin dynamically on bin lift at 2 points, to give the accurate weight of the contents within .5 kg
  
• The integrate data string is saved onto a high capacity ram card and or GPRS transmission and is available for extraction once the day is complete
• On the vehicle the communication hub stores the data in the format of : vehicle identity code, Date, Time, Tag number the Ram card stores the data and sends the data to the web server via GPRS real time data.
• If the ram card only system is preferred, the ram card is docked into the ram card reader at the end of each day and the data is downloaded into a useable format i.e. excel. The GPRS data is transmitted to a file on the local PC or server and the data is transferred into the database.
• The database has the address list with corresponding tag numbers and runs an automated query to link the transactions/collection events to create the collection activity for each property or client
• The database can then produce trend analysis, reports and invoicing, ensuring you are charging correctly against your disposal costs
